In the universe of sports data analysis, it is common to hear that numbers are cold. However, at Fight Analytics, we believe that each statistic carries a story of effort, strategy and, above all, overcoming. This understanding comes not only from algorithms, but from the people who build our intelligence on a daily basis.
Today, we share the trajectory of our Technology Scout, Fernanda Antunes, who since 2023 integrates our team combining technical competence and a deep experience in martial arts. For her, struggles are not just an object of study, but the purpose that brought her back to life.
In a recent interview with Radio Guaíba, Fernanda shared how Muay Thai was the pillar to overcome internal battles and rediscover the sense of purpose. When climbing the ring or entering the cage, she describes a unique feeling of being alive, moved by a force that transcends the physical.
"I started in the struggles to get out of a depression that, until today, is a daily struggle. Muay Thai brought me back to life," said Fernanda. For her, the combat environment is not about aggression, but about presence and meaning. This determination is exactly what we seek in our team. At Fight Analytics, the competitive differential lies in the fact that we are trained by former athletes and sports enthusiasts. As Fernanda well scored, after facing her own "internal monsters", no technical challenge in innovation scouting seems impossible to be won.
When we talk about measuring the real damage or interpreting the subjectivity of a fight, we do it through eyes that have already felt the weight of a glove.
At Fight Analytics, we celebrate technology, but we honor the human capital that makes this company meaningful. We are made of people, for people, with the heart in fighting and the brain in precision.
